Pastor Scot Jobe and his wife Julie were married in 2013, and the Lord has blessed them with two kids. We look forward to meeting you!
Where We Began . . .
Foundations Bible Baptist Church began in November 2022 as an outreach of Albemarle Baptist Church in Charlottesville, Virginia. A weekly Bible study began at the local library, working through the book of Acts in a study called Acts & Facts. The Bible study continues Wednesday nights at 7:00 p.m.
Starting May 7, 2023, we began meeting on Sunday mornings at the Fluvanna County Public High School. In the fall of 2023, we added Bible classes on Sundays at 9:30, and at the beginning of 2024, we began meeting Sunday evenings at 5:45.
In January of 2025, we moved to a building of our own at 6774 James Madison Hwy, in Dixie, VA, just south of Palmyra on Rt. 15.
